Production

The FARBOTEX production department can boast a complete and technologically advanced machine pool.

The dyestuff unit relies on 22 powder mixers (screw conveyor and belt conveyor mixers) with a capacity between 50 and 3000 Kg, two liquid mixers with a capacity between 4 and 6 m3, and a computerised system for draining-off, weighing and packing.

The auxiliary product unit relies on 6 liquid mixers/reactors with a capacity between 2 and 8 m3, and 1 powder mixer.

Control Systems

Computerised system for minimising errors at all the following work stages:

  • storing raw materials;
  • production requests;
  • raw material retrieval;
  • machine loading;
  • mixing;
  • laboratory quality control with release;
  • draining-off with automatic weighing;
  • labelling for storage;
  • storing;
  • labelling for shipment;
  • shipment.
